Private (One on One or Group)

Accelerate change with individualized attention in personal training. Our sessions will be a mix of physical practices and mindfulness/breathing practices. These sessions can include instruction in yoga, resistance training, stretching, meditation, and any other physical practices that best meet your needs. Training can be done digitally.

She will bring all mats or props needed for the day.
