I’m Kelley Curran, founder of Well & Kell — a welcoming yoga practice based in the Hudson Valley, NY. I teach in Greene County and surrounding areas, as well as in Manhattan and online.

My classes are designed to meet you where you are. There’s no such thing as too old, too inflexible, or too broken — just an invitation to explore what yoga can feel like.

 What to Expect

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or “good at yoga” to show up. Classes are thoughtfully paced and clearly taught, with options offered throughout so you can choose what supports your body on any given day.

Expect a balance of movement, strength, and ease — with an emphasis on stability, breath, and sustainable practice. You’ll be guided through class in a way that feels welcoming and unhurried, with space to listen to your body and rest when needed.

Most students come to class looking for movement that feels supportive rather than performative. If you’re managing joint concerns, returning to movement, or simply want a practice that fits into real life, you’re in the right place.
