I’m a yoga instructor and certified personal trainer based in the Hudson Valley, serving clients in Greene County and surrounding areas, offering thoughtful, personalized movement experiences for individuals, groups, and organizations.
My work blends accessible yoga with strength, mobility, and sustainable movement practices. Clients work with me through private sessions, corporate and workplace offerings, special events, and longer-term training programs — all designed to support real bodies and real life.

Private Sessions — One on One or Group
Private sessions are for people who want individualized attention and a practice built around your body, goals, and life. These can include:

Private sessions are most often booked in multi-session packages, with limited one-off sessions available depending on goals and availability.
Strength & Movement Programs
Some clients choose to work with me by building a personalized strength or movement program they can follow on their own. These programs are designed to be clear, sustainable, and joint-friendly, with an emphasis on mobility, stability, and long-term support — without requiring in-person meetings every week.
Programs may include:
Strength training tailored to your body, goals, and current needs
Joint-friendly and rehab-informed movement options
Mobility and stability work to support daily life and longevity
Clear progressions you can follow independently
Optional check-ins for guidance and adjustments
Each program includes:
A 30-minute call or Zoom to discuss your goals, history, and priorities
One 45-minute session to walk through the program and exercises together
Program delivery is either paper-based or through an app, depending on your preference
Ongoing access to me for questions as you move through the program
This option is ideal if you want expert support with the flexibility to practice on your own schedule, while still knowing help is available when you need it.
