Friday Flow Community Membership Terms

By joining the Friday Flow Community, you agree to a recurring membership of $29/month. Your first payment will be charged on September 18, 2026, and your membership will automatically renew monthly thereafter until canceled.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

Membership includes live 45-minute Friday Flow classes most Fridays at 3 PM ET, class replays, and access to the Well & Kell On-Demand Video Library while your membership is active. The live schedule may occasionally change due to holidays, travel, illness, or other circumstances.

Membership and video library access are for the individual member only and may not be shared.

By participating in live or recorded classes, you acknowledge that yoga and physical activity involve inherent risks. You are responsible for choosing options appropriate for your body and may stop participating at any time. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate before beginning an exercise program.
